India: at least 30 people disappeared after flooding

at least 30 people, including 23 Indian military, went missing the state of Sickoy in the northeast of India after flooding. This was reported by Hindustan Times with reference to the General Director of the Office for the Combating of the Disasters of the state of Sikkim Prabhakara Raya.
