International community condemned terrorist attack in Ankara

The international community condemned the terrorist attack in the capital of Turkey Ankara, committed on October 1.

“Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs decisively condemns the terrorist act before the Main Directorate of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey in Ankara. Two terrorists staged an explosion at the gates of the Main Directorate of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey in Ankara.

According to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey Ali Yerlika, the incident took place on October 1 at about 09.30 local time.

One of the terrorists blew himself up, the other terrorist was neutralized. Two police officers received mild injuries, the head of the department said.

Ankara prosecutor’s office began the investigation of what happened.
