Iran: about 500 people were injured from dust storms in two days

About 500 people have suffered over the past two days as a result of a strong dusty storm in the Iranian province of Sistan and Belujistan, Tasnim reports.

“488 people turned to medical centers, 64 of them were hospitalized, the rest received outpatient treatment,” said the chief head of the crisis headquarters of the province of Majid Mohebby.

The head of the meteorological service of the province of Sistan and Belujistan Mokhsen Haidari said that in the city of Swal of this province the maximum fixed wind speed was 94 kilometers per hour, and in the city of Zahak – 79 kilometers per hour.
