Iran put forward special US initiatives

The Iranian Foreign Ministry representative Said Hatibzade said that during a visit to Iran, the deputy head of the foreign policy of the European Union (EU) Enrique Mora, the country nominated special initiatives and the United States must make a decision, IRNA reports.

According to him, the Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian and Josep Borrel agreed to continue the consultation in person and therefore, at a meeting with Enrique Mora, Iran put forward special initiatives on a nuclear deal. If the United States respond to these proposals then all parties return to Vienna to reach an agreement.

“If the United States announces its political decision, then we can take steps in this regard. Mora visited Iran with a special agenda of the day. All the same, Tehran requires its legal rights and we must relieve maximum pressure from Iran,” he added .
