Governor of the Iranian province Ardebil Hadi Amelie reported on the opening of the border crossing in the north of the provinces in order to promote the expansion of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, especially in the field of goods transit, reports IRNA.
According to Amelie, “this question … was discussed at the meeting of the presidents of the two countries.”
“to facilitate trade relations and transit of goods, we intend to expand the provinces roads, and in the meantime the development of the city road Parsabad – Ardebil will allow both countries to develop their trade through access to major cities,” the Iranian governor said.
