During anti -government protests on the night of November 15 to 16, the Iranian security forces shot at least two protesters in different cities of Iri. It is reported by The Guardian with reference to the data of human rights activists from the organization Hengaw based in Norway.

Human rights activists claim that they have a video of evidence of the murders of two participants in the demonstrations: they managed to get a video confirmation of the murder of one protesting in the city of Sanandaj and another in the city of Kamyaran (both cities are located in the western province of Kurdistan). They suggest that there could be more victims, but so far it has not been possible to get other evidence.

On the evening of November 15, in many cities of Iran, anti-government protests were held in memory of the protests of 2019-2020 (they began on November 15, 2019), which were eventually suppressed by government forces. According to human rights activists, the Iranian security forces in almost all cities opened fire to defeat to disperse the demonstrators.
