“Oron” replenished the aircraft fleet of the 122nd Squadron of Israel Air Force “Nakhchon”. The main advantage of the novelty is called its ability to transfer detailed snapshots of the battlefield, opponent’s strengthen and other intelligence in real time and at a high distance.
The aircraft is designed to meet the lessons of the last wars and combat operations of Israel. It is designed on the Gulfstream G550 representative office plane platform, which is characterized by excellent flight characteristics and inexpensive maintenance.
Israeli “ORON” is equipped with an advanced radar system for the production of the Israeli company “API” (Aviation Industry of Israel) and other advanced intelligence systems. Advanced military technologies used in the Equipment “Oraona” will provide Israel’s defense army unprecedented air reconnaissance capabilities from the point of view of the width and depth of the coverage of the territory under study – in real time, in any weather and in any visibility conditions. The intelligence equipment of the aircraft creates a comprehensive picture of the ground positions of the opponent’s army or terrorist organizations and in real time determines the potential objectives.
The use of equipment, the action of which is based on the current principles of automatic extraction of information and advanced algorithms of artificial intelligence, will allow the armed forces of Cahal to maintain and strengthen the intellectual advantage in the face of the likely opponent during the fulfillment of any tasks, the press service of the Israel Defense Army reports.
As expected, the new aircraft will significantly simplify the interaction between all kinds of Israel’s Armed Forces.
