The meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS (Smid CIS) will be held in Nur-Sultan on October 13, 2022, the director of the first department of the CIS Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation Mikhail Evdokimov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Kazakhstan in 2022 is the chairman of the CIS. Earlier, the head of the CIS Executive Committee Sergey Lebedev said that the next meeting of the Council of Heads of the CIS heads will be held on October 14, 2022 in Nur Sultane.
“First of all, we are talking about the meeting of the heads of governments in May, as well as the Commonwealth summit in the same place on October 14, on the eve of the tradition of a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers (October 13),” said Evdokimov.
