A meeting of the Council of the Board of the Boxing Federation of Azerbaijan was held.
The main topic of discussion was the upcoming male championship of Europe in Yerevan, which will be held from May 21 to May 31, and the possibility of participating in Azerbaijani boxers.
In the end, it was decided not to go to Armenia. “When making a decision, the May elections were taken into account in the International Boxing Association, the training program for our boxers for the World Cup and other scrupulous moments,” the Azerbaijani boxing federation said.
