A group of Azerbaijani scientists complains of fraud. Under the guise of a trip to Shushu, 470 scientists collected money, and then announced the cancellation of the trip.
So historian Arif Gurshadoglu on his page on the social network Facebook writes that a certain Elvan Dzhafarov, knowingly knowing that the number of participants at the conference in Shush was limited, promised a trip to 470 scientists.
However, the day before the trip, it became known that the trip to Shushu had already taken place. Only a hundred people went to the cultural capital of Azerbaijan.
“I do not understand how the selection was carried out. In this group there are people with family members and those who are not considered scientists at all. And now they write to us, do not demand money back. Think about if 370 people collect 70 mnathes, This does 25,900 manat, ”said Gurshadoglu.
