On December 14, at about 18:00, the military prosecutor’s office of the Kelbadzharsky district received information about the blowing of 8 people in the village of Chyrag, Kelbadzharsky District, according to the joint statement of the Prosecutor General, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
During the preliminary investigation, it was found that 4 employees of a company engaged in repair and construction work were blown up on an anti-personnel mine in the village.
It was also found that 4 military personnel sent to the scene to evacuate the wounded were blown up on a mine. Three of them received bodily injuries of varying severity, another died.
