Men running from Russia against the backdrop of partial mobilization in the country should wear skirts and change names to women, said the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov during a performance on the territory of the military base in Khankala, Russian media write.
“I do not understand those who abandon their homeland at a difficult time, go abroad. I advise such cowards to put on skirts and change names to female. Although even women in our history had the courage to fight to the end along with men,” – Kadyrov said.
