“According to our estimates, in the period from November this year to February there will be a turning point,” said the Teretel, which is quoted by the Belarusian media.
The Chairman of the KGB of Belarus believes that “if the Russian Federation has a qualitatively mobilization, it will provide its grouping with technical means and advanced weapons, then the fighting will enter the key phase.”
