The Russian military from April 1 “Plan to put into circulation rubles,” said the deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Sergey Khlan in Facebook.
According to him, the Russians intend to force taking rubles in stores and, probably, to pay in them the salaries of the “New Administration”.
“I think it will eventually come to ruble salaries in existing budget and utilities. We gradually draw the Kherson region to the ruble zone,” the deputy said and urged to ignore the calculation in rubles.
