Chairman of the State Council of the Korean People’s Democratic Republic (DPRK) Kim Jong-un sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28-Day of the Republic, the press service of the head of state.
