“The theme of Karabakh in the negotiation process for the settlement of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan is completely absent.” This was stated at a press conference on Wednesday, September 28, ex-president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.
According to him, “the current power of Armenia completely excluded from its vocabulary such concepts as the self -determination of the Karabakh Armenians and their sovereignty”.
“Armenia authorities admit that the conflict has already been settled and the issue of Karabakh does not exist, as the official Baku declares. If this continues, then the future negotiation process will take place between Azerbaijanis and Armenians Karabakh,” Kocharyan said.
