Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov did not answer the question of journalists about the possible contact of Russian leader Vladimir Putin with the chairman of the political council of the Opposition Platform – for Life Viktor Medvedchuk, recently deprived of citizenship of Ukraine.
“I leave this question unanswered,” said Peskov.
Medvedchuk hit Russia as part of the exchange of 200 prisoners with Ukraine in September last year, which took place at the airport of the capital of Turkey Ankara.
