This is stated in the scientific article “The perception of basic values, factors and structures of socio-historical development of Russia” by the head of the Department of the Russian President to ensure the activities of the State Council Alexander Kharichev. It is published in the “Journal of Political Research”.
Metaphors in the article are selected after a series of group discussions with Russians and students of the Higher School of Economics.
