Russia is ready to help the grain from Ukrainian ports fall into international markets, said Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov. According to him, the food crisis has already matured in the world, however, the war in Ukraine and Russia’s actions have no attitude to the crisis situation.
“Russia is ready to contribute to the solution of the problem of the food crisis, which is not just ripening, but which has already matured all over the world … We repeat once again: neither the situation in Ukraine, nor Ukrainian grain is the cause of this crisis. This is only A little fraction, but nevertheless, Russia is still ready to make an effort to make this Ukrainian grain to world markets, ”Peskov said on the air of Channel One.
UN Secretary General Antoniu Guterres believes that the lack of food from Ukraine in world markets in the long run can lead to “disaster” and hunger in many regions.
