Kyiv has the opportunity to resolve and fulfill the requirements of Moscow, thereby stopping the suffering of Ukrainians. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, the Russian media reported.
“The leadership of Ukraine has all the possibilities to bring the situation into a normal direction, has every opportunity to resolve the situation in such a way as to fulfill the requirements of the Russian side and stop, respectively, all possible suffering of the civilian population,” he said.
