During the meeting, more than ten technical and organizational issues related to the current stages of construction were examined in detail.
According to the results of the meeting, the state structures have appropriate instructions for each of the indicated directions.

The total project cost is estimated at $ 4.7 billion. At the same time, about 40 % of the route will pass through complex engineering structures – the construction of 27 tunnels and 41 bridges is planned. The completion of work is expected by 2030.
