Kyrgyzstan: elections began in local authorities

In Kyrgyzstan, the elections of local authorities simultaneously started with a referendum on the introduction of amendments to the Constitution, TASS reports with reference to the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan.

“for today on the territory of the country from 8 am to 20 in the evening 2,483 polling stations will work,” the CEC reported.

Also 48 polling stations will open on Sunday, April 11, in 28 countries of the world. Most of them – in Russia.

The Kyrgyz CEC notes that the referendum on the amendments will be considered to be held with the participation of more than 30% of the 3.6 million citizens lists.
