Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov appreciated the risks of delaying negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv – in his opinion, this will complicate their process.
According to Lavrov, the position of Russia was stated by the president of the country Vladimir Putin during a meeting with the leadership of the State Duma and the heads of factions.
“Turning to the participants of the meeting, the president said about the Ukrainian” story “that we do not refuse negotiations, but those who refuse should understand that the longer they delay this process, the more difficult it will be to negotiate with us”, – said the minister.
