Russia is ready for the second round of negotiations with Ukraine, but Kyiv delays the process in the US film, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with Al Jazeera TV channel.
“We are ready for the second round of negotiations, but the Ukrainian side delays [the process] at the Americans pointed,” the Minister of Tass quotes.
Earlier, the Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian delegation in the afternoon will wait for the Ukrainian to continue negotiations.
