“Our position remains in force: we are ready to negotiate, but to negotiate taking into account those realities that have now developed on Earth and taking into account our position, which is well known to everyone, taking into account our interests, the interests of our security,” the minister said .
Earlier, the head of Russian diplomacy stated that “the longer Kyiv will delay negotiations with Moscow, the more difficult it will be to agree.” According to him, the first step for such contacts should be the abolition of the Decree of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the prohibition of dialogue with Moscow.
