The preliminary investigation in the criminal case against the 38-year-old resident of the lip Elshan Muradov, accused of trying to kill the ex-wife, ended.
According to Haqqin.az’s own correspondent, the materials of the criminal case were sent for consideration to the Sumgaita court for serious crimes. The case is at the disposal of Judge Ainur Rzaeva.
The incident occurred on April 25 this year in the village of Sebetler of the Gubinsky district. The district prosecutor’s office received information about the wound of a local resident Gulnar Muradova. Her ex -husband Elshan Muradov came to the house of Gulnara’s parents. During the conflict arising, Elshan Muradov grabbed the ax and twice hit his ex -wife on the head. After that, the woman fell to the ground and the man began to strangle her.
From death, the woman was saved by her daughter, who had returned from school, who grabbed a glass and broke him on the head of her father.
