Willard Weber looked into a store in Halifax and noticed a Millionaire Maker instant lottery ticket that went on sale recently. He decided to try his luck and bought a ticket. However, after checking the results at home, the man did not immediately realize that he had become a dollar millionaire.
It was later revealed that Weber had become rich by a million dollars. This isn’t the first time he’s gotten lucky in the lottery: last August, he and a colleague hit the $ 4 million jackpot. The friends divided the winnings equally by paying the necessary taxes.
Weber claims that the winning number, which has already brought the second victory, is 23. “I can’t believe that the same number came up last time,” he admits.
The American spent the last money prize on the purchase of a rare car Cadillac El Dorado. He intends to save the current winnings for the future.
