Lukashenko: I demanded a nuclear weapon from Putin if West places it from our borders

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he has no plans to place nuclear weapons in the country, and also expressed the hope that the situation does not deteriorate so much to do.

“I do not plan to place nuclear weapons here, produce nuclear weapons here, create and use this nuclear weapon against anyone. This was never in the plans of the Belarusian leadership and in my plans,” said Lukashenko in an interview with Japanese TV channel TBS.

answering the question whether it will still have to place nuclear weapons in Belarus in the event of a deterioration in the situation, Lukashenko expressed the hope that the situation would not require this.

“No, such a situation, I think, will not. I think that both in the USA, and in the West have not yet been distraired to such an extent that we solve this problem through nuclear weapons,” said the President of Belarus.

According to him, in order to prevent Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Belarus, he will require Vladimir Putin to give him nuclear weapons if the United States, France or Britain will place nuclear weapons in close proximity to Belarus.
