President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the head of the presidential leadership of Yemen Rishd Muhammad Al-Alimi and citizens of this country on the Day of National Unity, the press service of the Belarusian leader said.
Lukashenko noted the active and effective work of Yemen aimed at restoring state institutions based on the principles of justice and equality, the protection of the civilian population, the fulfillment of socio-economic obligations.
“I hope that the courageous Yemenic people will move along the path of gradual normalization of the situation, continuing the regime of ceasefire, achieve a long -term political settlement under the auspices of the UN and friendly states,” the congratulation says.
Belarus is interested in returning Yemen’s positions as a traditional partner in the Arab world, as well as in the activation of the entire complex of relations both in bilateral format and within international organizations.
“The Belarusian side is ready to help your country with the supply of the necessary goods, including food, medicines, agricultural, freight, road -building equipment,” the head of state emphasized.
