“After the massacres, which we found in Bucha and other cities, the war accepted a different turn, so since then I no longer talked [with Putin] directly, but I do not exclude what I will do it in the future,” said France President Emmanuel Macron on channel France 5.
Macron regularly called up with Putin in the first weeks of the war, as well as with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky: he said that in this way tries to stop the war.
“We must always prepare for tomorrow, to the world, and it is impossible to do without discussion on the other side, – added Makron. – We are designed to be among the guarantors of this next day.”
“Russia here, in Europe,” said French President. “You need to do everything to put an end to this war, not to unleash the war, but introducing sanctions against Russia.”
Macron added that France is not going to fight against Russia.
