French President Emmanuel Macron in his New Year’s appeal promised to help Ukraine until the victory in the war with Russia, the French media reported.
“In the coming years, we will invariably be with you. We will help you up to victory. We will build a fair and stable world together. We count on France and Europe,” said Macron.
