Founder of the social network Facebook Mark Zuckerberg is summoned to the city court Korosten of the Zhytomyr region at the request of Ivan Koruda, the mayor of the city of Ovruch, to participate in the process of protecting honor, dignity and business reputation, transfers “Gordon”.
This is stated in solving the Korosta City District Court, published in a single register of court decisions of Ukraine.
According to the document, Zuckerberg must come to court on December 2, 2021 as a corresponding to the civil suit of Ivan Koruda against the former head of the Ovruch party organization “Freedom” Alexey Kravchuk.
Based that the accusations of Kravchuk added to the Corud’s address on Facebook, and the employees of the social network did not stop their distribution, the Ovritch mayor insists on recovery from Zuckerberg of one hryvnia of moral damage.
