Medbrat Asrian admitted to desire to burn military registration and enlistment office in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, the court sent the court for two months in the pre-trial detention center Maxim Asriyan, who is suspected of planning arson of the military enlistment office. Radio Liberty writes that the young man was detained on October 7 at Pulkovo Airport when he tried to fly to Sochi. Asriyan is charged with an attempt on a terrorist attack.

Russian media wrote that on the night of October 1, Maxim Asriyan came to the building of the military registration and enlistment office of the Frunze district of St. Petersburg with two bottles of incendiary mixture, but did not do anything and left. Asrian himself partially pleaded guilty: he stated that he had thoughts to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office, but he refused them.

The prosecution also says that the “instructions for committing a terrorist attack”.

26-year-old Maxim Asriyan works as a nurse. In June, he told the Petersburg Diary newspaper that he was ready to go to the Donbass and provide assistance to the wounded, no matter what side the patients will be.
