Mentoric project for students from Yelo Bank leadership

One of the main areas of corporate social responsibility strategy YELO BANK-A for 2021 is young people and projects aimed at supporting it. Since the beginning of the year, the Yelo Bank team launched familiarization sessions, as well as projects aimed at motivating, mentoring and various internships for students of leading universities in the country and youth organizations.

In the continuation of our projects with youth, the Yelo Bank team organized the first meeting of the live – mentor project “Walk and Talk”. Events of this type are combined in fresh air, walking and mentoring. Also, these meetings will re-open themselves and take a fresh look at their lives and careers, based on the life experience of the mentor.

During a walk, students heard professional advice from the mentor, received advice on the skills needed to build a career in the banking system, then all together fulfilled quest tasks and had breakfast at the end of the program.

In the framework of the draft Chairman of the Board of Yelo Bank-A Anar Hasanov, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Gunay Jalilov, Emil Dzhardov and Yashar Karimov met with students as mentors, shared their experiences and gave practical advice to young people.

To participate in the project, university students who previously collaborated with Yelo Bank prepared a video presentation about themselves and also joined the program. The competition has caused great interest, and many students have prepared and sent their presentation videos to participate in the project. Students who showed special creativity in creating presentation videos were elected winners and invited to the project.
