The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the information that the driving Range Rover, who settled the deadly accident in Novkhan, was Elshad Kärbalaev.
Recall that last night the Range Rover car with Gosnomers 10 CO 002 at high speed crashed into the Daeewo Damas brand car. Murad Ziyadov, Kamran Akhmedov, who were in the car, Elman Shikhaliyev and Yunis Mursalov died on the spot.
As the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ehsan Zahidov said to journalists, immediately after the accident, Alkener Aliyev, who was in Range Rover, called the hospital and called an ambulance. Therefore, initially the driver of the car was indicated by Aeskener Aliyev.
“In the course of further investigation, it was established that the car was ruled by Elshad Kyarbalaev, who was in a state of severe alcohol intoxication. He is currently arrested,” said Ehsan Zahidov.
Recall that Elshad Kiarablayev is the son-in-law of the owner of the QURTULUş 93 Magherrama Novruzov.
