The military of Great Britain, Romania and France will hold the first exercises “Air Bastion – 2023” in May in Moldova, the press service of the Moldova Government said on Thursday.
“The military equipment of the National Army, as well as the French, Romanian and British armies, will be involved in the exercises,” the government said in the message in the government Telegram channel.
Military transport units will arrive in Moldova from May 25-27 through the Leutshenes pass item. Then, through Chisinau, they proceed to the Bulboic military base, where the exercises will be held.
The timing of the exercise is not reported.
