Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations, Lieutenant General Etibar Mirzoev met with a member of the Azerbaijani team, winner of the European Futolo Championship in Slovakia, an employee of the rescue service of the Ministry of Emergencies, ensign Asif Zeynalov.
