The Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed the request of the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinkin to hold a telephone conversation with the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Lavrov.
Recall that earlier Bloomberg reported that Blinken plans on February 12 to spend a telephone conversation with Lavrov.
