It is noted that at present in Azerbaijan there is no monkey in the virus of the Osopi virus and sufficient measures are being taken to prevent its distribution.
“The virus is usually found in Western Africa, near tropical forests. There are two main strains of the virus: West African and Central African. As for the symptoms, they appear in the form of fever, headache, edema, back pain, muscle pain and weakness. As soon as the temperature decreases, the rash that begins on the face extends to other parts of the body. In most cases, the rash appears on the palms and feet, there is a strong scabies. Since these rashes turn into sores, they can leave scars on the body. Therefore, it is advisable not to scratch And do not touch the sores, ”said Lyaman Galimova, an infectious disease specialist of the department.
