A group of persons turned to the executive branch of the city of Baku to obtain permission to hold the action in the capital, but was refused, nevertheless, the organizers insist on holding the action, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan said.
“If the holding of the action is considered impractical, then the consent to its holding is not given. Therefore, an attempt to share with the executive branch will be stopped,” said the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, senior lieutenant of the police Zeyn Huseynov.
“If these people try to hold an inconsistent campaign on November 11, it will be prevented, and the organizers will be responsible for any unlawful action committed during the action”.
