The illegal action planned on the Fountains Square on December 23, in protest against the arrest of public activist Bakhtiyar Gadzhiev, will be stopped, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan told reporters, Colonel Ehsan Zakhidov.
