President Shavkat Mirziyoyev approved the strategy of Uzbekistan – 2030, the press service of the Uzbek leader reports.
The strategy was developed “on the basis of the experience of the new Uzbekistan acquired in the process of implementing the Strategy for the Development of the Studies and the results of public discussion,” the document will say.
The strategy of Uzbekistan-2030 displays such basic ideas as: entering into the number of states with income above the average through sustainable economic development, the creation of a system of education, medicine and social protection, fully consistent with the needs of the people and international standards, the creation of favorable environmental conditions for the population, the construction of a fair and modern state to the people, guaranteed ensuring the country’s sovereignty and security.
In addition, the strategy covers five priority areas: creating worthy conditions for the realization of the potential of each person, ensuring the well -being of the population by sustainable economic growth, saving water resources and protecting the environment, ensuring the rule of law, organizing public administration oriented to the service of people, A consistent continuation of a policy based on the principle of a “safe and peaceful state”.
The implementation of the strategy and the achievement of its target indicators are declared a priority task of the activities of all state bodies and organizations of the country.
