Moldova asks the West for help. The president of the country of Maya Sandu said that Moldavian in winter is waiting for “energy shock”, since people will not be able to pay bills. It is reported by Politico.
According to Sandu, this winter, residents of Moldova will spend up to 65% of their income on heating.
