More than 700 thousand Russians fled from mobilization to Georgia

Since the beginning of the mobilization announced in Russia, more than 700 thousand Russians entered Georgia, said Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili in an interview with Radio France.

According to her, out of 700 thousand Russians in Georgia, only 100 thousand remained, the remaining 600 migrated to other countries – Armenia, Turkey and European countries.

“Verbal skirmishes occur from time to time, but, in general, who came to Georgia and the remaining Russians – people who obviously do not want to share the fate of the warring Putin Russia do not want to be mobilized,” Zurabishvili said.

According to the President of Georgia, there are about 30 thousand Ukrainians who left the house due to the war.

According to FSB statistics, from July to September about 9.7 million intersections of the state border of the Russian Federation were registered (this refers to the number of trips, not the number of citizens who left). The number of trips of Russians to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia and Abkhazia from July to September has become a record for five years. Almost 70% of all departures were to Abkhazia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Finland.
