Moscow accuses West of trying to violate air traffic between Russia and Turkey

Western mights, through sanction, strive to violate the Russian-Turkish air traffic, said the director of the Fourth European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Yuri Pilipson in an interview with TASS.

“It is necessary to take into account that Western sanctions, among other things, are aimed at violating the Russian -Turkish aviation message. Therefore, the relevant departments of the two countries work intensively to exclude any risks and inconvenience that our tourists who go to Turkey may arise,” said Pilipson.

He noted that, despite the “hard external onslaught”, Turkey continues to cooperate with Russia in bilateral affairs, primarily in the field of tourism. “In general, the promises of Ankara are satisfied to create all the conditions for Russians in Turkey for a good and safe rest, we keep the issue of priority control,” the Russian diplomat added.
