Advisor to the Armenian Embassy in Russia and the head of the consular department of Ara Mnatsakanyan died in Moscow. This is reported on the Facebook diplomission page.
As reported in the embassy, Mnatsakanyan died on March 27.
“Ara Vladimirovich was a perennial employee of the Armenian Foreign Ministry,” the report says.
