Moscow refused to offer UN Secretaryc

Russia responded with refusal to offer UN Secretary General Antoniou Guterris about the introduction of the Easter Humanitarian Pause in Ukraine. This was announced on April 20 a permanent representative of Ukraine in the UN Sergey Kislitsa in Twitter.

In the Kremlin, a call for a truce called “the desire to give Kiev nationalists and radicals to the respite for them to regroup” and get new batch of weapons.

Recall, on the eve of Antoniou Guterrish offered to announce the cessation of fire from April 21 to 24 to organize the evacuation of the civilian population from the combat zones and deliver humanitarian goods.
