NATO doubled his military presence of the Baltic countries against the background of the situation in Ukraine, the Minister of Defense of Lithuania Arvidas Anushauskas said.
Anushauskas noted that the forces of the Alliance in Poland were increased 10 times.
“This presence is constantly increasing. Peak will be in May. How long will these units stay in Lithuania, will depend on the security situation in the region,” quotes the TASS Minister of Defense.
