Russia will not be able to win in a nuclear conflict. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
At the same time, the Secretary General added that at the moment, the Alliance does not see changes in the readiness of the Russian nuclear forces, but continues to monitor the situation.
Stoltenberg also noted that Russian troops are poorly equipped, they lack proper command and control.
According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin miscalculated against Ukraine and “made a big mistake.”
