Ukraine needs to carry out additional mobilization. This was stated by the head of the NATO Military Committee Rob Bauer at the Kiev Security Forum, the Ukrainian media reported.
According to him, for the further introduction of war, Ukraine needs not only weapons, but also people.
“You need not only grenades, you need people to replace the dead and wounded. This means mobilization. I understand how it is not easy to convince people of liberal democracy. But I see that this is changing,” Bauer’s words are given.
He also called on society to pesimistically about Ukraine’s ability to win the war and noted the further support of Kyiv. “If the world may have been excessively optimistic in 2023, we should not make the same mistake, becoming excessively pessimistic in 2024,” said the chairman of the NATO Military Committee.
